Flowing Abstract
I like the flow and the colors in this drawing. It's on 15x17 paper, and I was able to fit most of it on my 8.5x14 scanner glass.
Close up, it's easy to see the Bad Marker streaking and bleeding. See Bad Marker Disclaimer.

Landscape with Silver Strand
Sometimes I see the silver strand as a path, sometimes as a stream of water. I love this drawing, but colored pencils were not the right medium for me.

Patches of Colors
Most of my Venus Spectracolor pencils in one small drawing. After 30 years, I still have the pencils.

Asparagus
Lush colors. I enjoyed drawing the asparagus shapes and details.

Sunset
Drawn with brown Pilot Razor Point pen, and colored with Dr. Ph. Martin's Radiant Concentrated Watercolors. A wonderful name for a wonderful product. Liquid dyes in little eyedropper bottles. The colors truly are radiant and transparent. For more information about the watercolors, including my color chart, see this post.

Rocks - A New Set of Markers
Up to the first part of 1977, my markers were Pentel fine tips, water based. Then in Feb. 1977, I got a new set of markers. I was very excited to try them out, and this was my first drawing, just round rock shapes to see the new colors.
They were great colors (see also the Asparagus drawing), but soon they went off the market. As mine dried up, I couldn't replace them.
